The property is clean; fairly quiet rooms; quiet bed. It has magnificent setting and absolutely wonderful and kind staff with the service I received from the staff. The attached restaurant is great for breakfast.

This required last-minute changes to reserve two rooms, resulting in unexpected costs. The towels in the bathroom had no racks.

Stayed for 1 night in this nice place, thoroughly enjoyed that. The hotel had a central position just next door to Rickys restaurant, the ferry terminal, and the downtown core of Nanaimo. The breakfast was nice hot with scrambled eggs and juice, for instance.

I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff, who were very accommodating during check-in. The breakfast had a wonderful variety, including hot eggs and fresh fruit. My room was clean and spacious.
The hot tub was not in perfect condition.
